Money-Back Guarantee

1. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES

In addition to the refund or cancellation rights available under applicable laws, as indicated in Terms of Service, if you made a purchase directly on the Website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund provided that:

  1. you contact us via support@copymind.me within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period and
  2. provide us with the evidence that you have followed the plan (as described below) for (i) at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase (for monthly and more lengthy subscription periods), or (ii) at least during 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days after the purchase (for weekly and biweekly subscription periods); and
  3. you are able to demonstrate that you have followed the plan pursuant to the requirements stated below in Section "How to demonstrate that you have followed the plan" (further "Money-back guarantee").

We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved.

2. HOW TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE PLAN

For Services, the following additional considerations apply to our Money-back guarantee:

  1. Evidence of "following the plan" means demonstrating that you have engaged with AI Digital Twin for at least 5 minutes per day for 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchase.
  2. Usage logs from your account will be used to verify your engagement with the Service.
  3. The Money-back guarantee applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not to renewals or credit purchases.
  4. If you received any promotional or bonus credits as part of your purchase, the value of these will be deducted from any refund amount.

3. IMPORTANT STATEMENT

Please note that only fulfilment of the above requirement allows you to receive a full voluntary refund under Money-back guarantee. For the sake of clarity, Money-back guarantee does not apply to the following cases:

  1. Personal reasons (you don't like the Services, or they did not meet your expectations etc.);
  2. Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the Services are paid etc.).

4. GENERAL REFUND RULES

To request a refund under our Money-back guarantee, please:

  1. Cancel your current subscription immediately within 30 days of the initial Web Purchase date.
  2. Contact our support team at support@copymind.me within 30 days of the initial Web Purchase date.
  3. Include your account email address and the date of Web Purchase in your request.
  4. Briefly explain how you have used the service during the required 7-day period.
  5. Our team will review your usage history and respond to your request within 5 business days.

Note for the EU residents: If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless the digital content is defective.
